Piotr Jeleniewski – Chief Executive Officer
Experienced manager and entrepreneur. Participated in the implementation of many projects at the real estate and oil and fuel markets. From 1995 to 2005, Mr Jeleniewski worked at the Ministry of Finance, and from 2006 on, he has lent his services to the private sector, first as a manager at Everybody sp. z o.o.. Since 2007, Mr Jeleniewski has been the owner of a company coordinating projects for real estate corporate development, fuel sector, and sports sector. Co-founder and CEO of Broad Gate sp. z o.o.. His current activity is focused on the development of the company’s activity. Since 2010, Mr Jeleniewski has also worked as the CEO of Cool47 sp. z o.o..
Alec Yourievich Fesenko – Board Member
Mr Alec Fesenko is an alumnus of George Washington University (USA), where he graduated with a degree in management and gained a degree at the GWU Law School. In his career, Mr Fesenko has worked as manager and board member in American and Russian telecom, IT, and food companies.
Mr Fesenko specializes in international negotiations, strategic planning of investments, acquisitions, gaining capital, and legal aspects of business enterprises (particularly in the Ukrainina and Russian markets). He speaks fluent English, Russian, Ukrainian, Spanish, and Italian.

Piotr Wiśniewski – Chairman of the Board
Entrepreneur and investor. Active in various projects, mostly in the telecom and real estate sectors.
Founder of Platinum Properties Sp. z o.o. and W-Link Sp. z o.o., which merged in 2008 to create Platinum Properties Group S.A.. His current activity is focused on the company’s development.
Between 2001 and 2008, Mr Wiśniewski created and developed a group of companies focused around Tele-Polska Holding S.A. (TPH S.A.), whose activity is centered upon the telecom market. Mr Wiśniewski currently presides over TPH S.A.’s Supervisory Board. From 1997 to 2001, he worked as vice-president of an American telecom software company, where he was responsible for the development of the company’s offer.
Mr Wiśniewski graduated from the George Washington University School of Business and Public Management.
Gustaw Groth - Supervisory Board Member
Manager of projects concerning controlling, financial supervision, corporate structure origination, and IT solutions.
Mr Groth created and supervised the implementation of internal procedures at the department of operational auditing at PepsiCo. He also controlled the financial, legal, and fiscal aspects of Atom Media Group’s subsidiaries in Poland and abroad, and cooperated with investors. As financial director and board member at the Machina Press publishing house (whose shareholders included the ING Baring fund), Mr Groth worked as financial and administrative manager .
Between 2003 and 2005, working within interim management projects, Mr Groth provided counseling in the fields of projects organization, structure management and development, among others by participating in the implementation of ERP systems and the systems of company control, ownership restructuralization, purchases, sales and consolidation.
In 2008, as vice-president of the board and financial director at 3P Holding S.A., operating in the international internet sector, Mr Groth co-founded professional business structures which laid foundations for strategic investor’s involvement.
Mr Groth also engaged in projects implemented, among others, with ING Bearings, Prokom, PKN Orlen, BOT Górnictwo i Energetyka. He worked as a supervisory board member at Waryński Trade, member of Bumar Waryński Holding Group.
Mr Groth graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics Department of Quantitative Methods and Information Systems.

Lawyer. Partner at the solicitors chambers Kancelaria Adwokacka EBC Solicitors in Warsaw. Specializes in civil and commercial law. Mr Osiński has extensive experience in the areas of merger and takeover transactions. Chairman of the Supervisory Board in Liberty Group S.A.
