* Pursuant to article 159 of the Polish Trading in Financial Instruments Act of July 29, 2005, a restricted period constitutes a period in which persons granted access to confidential information of the Issuer, referred to as primary insiders (art. 156 of the Polish Trading in Financial Instruments Act of July 29, 2005, section 1, item 1):
"shall not purchase or sell, either to the benefit of their own or third parties’, the Issuer’s shares, derivatives pertaining to those shares, or engage in any other legal actions resulting in or possibly resulting in either their own, or third parties’ ability to manage these derivatives,”
as well as
"acting as representative of a legal person, shall neither take any actions aimed at purchasing or selling the Issuer’s shares, derivatives or other financial instruments pertaining to them by the legal person, either to the legal person’s own or third parties’ benefit, nor take any actions resulting in or possibly resulting in either the legal entity’s or third parties’ ability to manage these derivatives.”
- For periodical quarterly reports, the restricted period remains valid from two weeks ahead of the report’s release date.
- For annual reports, the restricted period remains valid from two months ahead of the report’s release date.
