Development plans

Broad Gate S.A.’s development plans are chiefly focused on:
  • the extension of its product range – the company intends to extend its current array of crude oil products by introducing new additions, such as those offered by the domestic producers of electric insulation oils, transformers and other components of electro-energetic network;
  • the extension of its retail distribution channel – the company places emphasis on the development of retail network on the domestic market of crude oil products; it is planning to change its former structure of distribution channels;
  • the establishment of a retail sales network, which could result in a quicker circulation of its finances; a retail channel will likely stabilize its financial situation and decrease the exposure of the company to the seasonal sales effect;
  • the development of its wholesale distribution channel – the company is actively developing its client database; currently, the company is conducting advanced negotiations aimed at concluding supplier contracts with domestic companies representing foreign producers of machines and appliances; the company is also negotiating with a multinational company which is the sole importer and retailer of tractors and farming machines of a Japanese powerhouse in machine and appliance production;
  • acquisitions and takeovers in its sectors – the company is planning to acquire and take over entities from its sector acquisitions in order to increase the level of generated income;
  • the reinforcement of its specialist team – the company intends to increase employment and improve the competences of its specialist team this is one of the preconditions for efficient implementation of company development plans; boosted competences and extended staff will translate into a possibility to gain more clients and accept larger commissions.
